Triage

Upon arrival at the emergency department, go to the triage, where a nurse will assess the severity of your health problem. The triage staff cannot tell you the waiting time, because it depends on the possible arrival of ambulances, and on the different triage levels of users showing up between your arrival and the time when the physician can see you.
