  • Survey on the services offered in English on the North Shore

The update of the Program of access to health and social services in the English language is under way. The participation of English speakers of the region is important in order to develop an efficient program of access. It is essential to know your needs in regards to services offered in English. To achieve that, we invite you to take a few minutes to complete the following questionnaire.

For users of the Lower North Shore: Please answer the survey for services received in English outside the Lower North Shore, that is to say elsewhere on the North Shore (for example, in Sept Îles).

Thus, do not answer for services offered on the Lower North Shore since the facilities of this sector are required to make health services and social services accessible in the English language under Article 508 of the Act respecting health services and social services and Article 29.1 of the Charter of the French language.
