This line is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Its purpose is not to authorize travel, but to provide information on the requirements of the Order in Council. It can also be used to learn more about the isolation requirements, notably in Minganie and on the Lower North Shore. You are invited to call this line instead of calling the SQ.
