- When entering and leaving a user’s room;

- After using the bathroom;
- After coughing or blowing your nose.

Instructions for visitors
- Respect the authorized number of visitors, and the visiting hours indicated for each unit;
- If you suffer from fever and cough, or from diarrhea and vomiting, stay home and postpone your visit;
- If you still have to come for a consultation, inform the nursing staff, wash your hands, wear a mask if necessary, and sit in the designated area;
- If you still have to come and visit another user, inform the nursing staff, respect proper hand hygiene and wear, following the staff’s recommendations: mask, gloves, gown;
- Pay attention to posters that might be present near the entrance to some users’ rooms, as they may indicate additional precautions to take to prevent the transmission of microorganisms, such as wearing a mask, gloves and a gown.

Wash your hands:
- After using the bathroom;
- Before eating;
- After blowing your nose;
- Whenever they are dirty;
- When you leave your room for an examination or a treatment;
- When you get back to your room after an examination or a treatment.
