You can go to one of the facilities below from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (CLSC Lionel-Charest, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.), or to a vaccination clinic during opening hours, to get your proof of vaccination. You can also visit quebec.ca/preuvevaccination to download it and print it (if necessary).
