Transportation and housing program for people with disabilities

This program provides financial support for transportation and housing to people with disabilities recognized by the definition of the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux to receive services or treatments in an establishment of the network, based on the disabilities identified in the intervention plan. Registration to the program is necessary to receive financial support.
