In a context marked by the evolution of the legislative framework in Quebec, in particular since the adoption of the Act to prevent and fight psychological harassment and sexual violence in the workplace, the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Côte-Nord reiterates the importance of maintaining a healthy, respectful workplace.

The Bureau of Human Respect acts in compliance with its legal obligations, and its sole mission is to prevent and put an end to any form of psychological harassment or sexual violence and any situation that may cause it. To this end, it supports the organization through promotion and outreach activities intended for all staff members, it performs relational diagnoses and it deploys targeted interventions to promote workplaces marked by civility and respect.

The services provided by the Bureau are neutral, confidential and accessible to everyone contributing to the mission of the CISSS de la Côte-Nord, whether they are directly involved in, a witness of or responsible for a reported situation.
